At Out of Town Clothing, we want you to love your journey and your wardrobe. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
